3. Agency Responsibilities & Insurance Licensing

Techmania operates as an administrative support and staffing provider. Client agencies acknowledge and agree that:

• All final underwriting decisions, policy bindings, rate filings, and statutory insurance representations remain the sole legal responsibility of the licensed agency and its licensed producers.
• The agency is responsible for granting, supervising, and revoking appropriate system credentials (AMS, rater, email, carrier portals) for assigned Virtual Assistants.

4. Confidentiality & Security

Both parties agree to treat all proprietary business data, carrier information, and policyholder details as strictly confidential. Techmania Virtual Assistants operate under confidentiality agreements and follow secure credential guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, website copy, and visual designs on https://techmanias.com are the property of Techmania and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techmania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our website or administrative support services. Specific liability limitations are governed by individual signed Client Services Agreements.
